The State Technical Control Agency of Latvia (VTUA) is a state administrative institution under the supervision of the Minister of Agriculture.
VTUA ensures state technical and market supervision of tractor equipment and its trailers that are harmless to human health, life and the environment, as well as supervision of the training process of tractor equipment drivers and its provision. It also introduces the history of the development of the agricultural sector, evidence of farming and life in the Latvian countryside from the end of the 19th century to the present day.
